No. The Pass crise and the Pass audit are one-off access at €490, with no annual commitment. You activate them when you need them: a crisis, an audit to prepare for.
Yes. You move from Essentiel to Résilience, then to Performance or Sur mesure, as your needs grow. Your data and your decision history stay in the same place.

You get your data and your evidence back. No forced retention: deletion opens a 30-day recovery window, after which erasure is final. Hosted in France, by Scaleway, from start to finish.
